Cold and rainy. A nice change to the consistent sunshine. Now is the time to ensure your home, roof, skylights are free of leaks. If there is one, take action now as the next rains may happen while you are out of town. Besides, moisture intrusion is the cause to very $$$ problems - especially if you are trying to sell your home.
